are set up with standard formatting and layout so all documents created in DMSPRO™ look the same no matter who created them.
Create Standard Letter and Spreadsheet TEMPLATES for regularly used documents such as contracts, invoices and letters.
Use information from the Extra Details and Services features within standard documents.
Integrating with the Customer or Supplier contact information in DMSPRO™, letters created within the system are
automatically addressed to the correct person with the correct address, date and reference numbers added in
automatically ensuring accuracy in correspondence.
Using the ARCHIVE function, documents created in Microsoft Office programs outside DMSPRO™
can be saved into the Customer and Supplier file.
DMSPRO™ performs like other Windows applications. It is familiar and easy to use. Minimum training is required.
