DMSPRO™ makes it easier to manage your daily workflow, by allowing you to prioritise and monitor your
activities using TASKS and REMINDERS.
TASKS are jobs relating to a Client which are assigned to system users. Task lists can be monitored to ensure workloads are
divided evenly. Managers can view Tasks lists by Client, by team member or by workgroup. This allows you to see at a glance the progress being made on tasks.
Completed Tasks can be filed within DMSPRO™ into the relevant Client correspondence file, making it easier to track the
flow of information and work being done for any particular Client.
REMINDERS can be set for any document stored within DMSPRO™, ensuring that jobs are not forgotten or information misplaced.
